Ways to Serve

Welcome Team

From the get-go – whether it’s in parking, the lobby, or the sanctuary – create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.


  • We’re looking for people who:
  • Have a welcoming attitude
  • Love people
  • Are hospitable

Hospitality Team

Feed the family! On this team, you’ll help with:


  • Preparing food for meals
  • Wednesday night dinners
  • Donuts & coffee
  • Early mornings
  • Special events
  • Meal set up

Safety Team

You’ll help create a space where people can worship, serve, give, and connect with people safely and freely.


  • Important information:
  • Background check and interview required
  • Looking for those who have an eye for detail
  • Mandatory reporter training
  • Bi-monthly meetings

Facilities Team

The facilities team is the first to arrive. They are the early birds who help create a space for people to worship freely. This team has an extreme eye for detail and is committed to an excellent environment.


  • What you’ll help with:
  • Early sunday mornings
  • Set up & tear down
  • Building & grounds maintenance

Prayer Team

This team sets the spiritual temperature every Sunday morning. They are also our salvation and altar team.


We’re looking for people who have: 

An ability to pray with people

Are friendly and love others


Areas you can get involved:

  • Friday Intercessory Prayer
  • Sunday AM Prayer Team
  • Prayer Chain

Count Team

This team counts tithes and offerings every Sunday after church.


What it involves:

  • A required background check
  • Having an eye for detail
  • Count attendance
  • Serving after church

Ways to Serve

Production Team

Lights, capture, cameras, worship, sermon slides, sound – the production team does it all!

The production team creates an environment to help people both in person and our

online experience life change through Christ.


Please note that this team serves both services. 


Important info:

  • Quarterly meetings
  • No prior experience required
  • Serving can include big events
  • Training provided

Worship Team

The worship team is more than just singing a song or playing an instrument, it's leading people into the presence of God.


Important details:

  • Early Sunday mornings
  • Weekly rehearsal
  • Audition required
  • You can also serve during our night of worship & special events

Lighthouse Kids Team

Shape the next generation of world-changers for Jesus! We’re all about life change through Christ at every level. Coming alongside children from birth to age 11, the Lighthouse Kids Team helps to teach kids all about God.


What you need to know:

  • Background check required
  • Mandatory reporter training provided 
  • For those who have a love for kids and families
  • You can also serve at special events

Lighthouse Youth Team

Raising up the Next Generation. Lighthouse YTH volunteers serve on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights. They love discipleship and leading age 12 to 12th-grade students to Jesus!


Requirements:

Background check required

Mandatory reporting & training


Important info:

  • YTH meets on Sunday mornings & Wednesday nights
  • Yearly events are included (youth convention, summer camp, etc)
  • We have monthly meetings

Local Outreach Team

A need met is a life changed. Be the hands and feet of Jesus in our community, meeting practical needs and sharing His love

Capture Team

A moment captured is a story told. Get behind the lens and help showcase God's love in action at Lighthouse!

What’s involved:

  • Snapping photos for our church, website, and marketing
  • Capturing video for reels and social media
